Most construction technology was designed for commercial and residential projects: small crews, simple trades, predictable documentation. Industrial construction is different. Refinery and petrochemical turnarounds, power plants, water treatment facilities, and heavy manufacturing involve hundreds of workers across a dozen trades, shifting schedules, complex safety requirements, and clients who demand exhaustive daily documentation.

The project directors, project managers, superintendents, and field engineers running these jobs already work twelve-hour days. Asking them to spend another hour filling out a daily report at the end of their shift produces predictable results: late reports, missed details, inconsistent quality, and the documentation gaps that turn into disputed claims and lost arguments months later.

ConstructionDailyReport.ai takes a different approach. Field teams talk into their phone throughout the day — a crane pick, a delivery, a near-miss, a delay — and the platform writes the report for them. Weather, photos, claim flags, safety observations, and trade-by-trade activity are captured and structured automatically. What used to take an hour at the end of the shift takes a minute in the moment.

How we’re different

Most construction daily report tools are digital forms. Your team still types, taps, navigates, and fills out structured fields. We’re not a form. Your team talks; the intelligence behind the app writes the report.

Most construction tools charge per user. On large industrial sites with crews of 100+ touching documentation, that pricing model becomes prohibitive. We price per project, so you can roll out to the entire field team without watching the bill climb with every new badge.

Most construction tools treat reports as fixed templates. Industrial clients impose their own formats and change them regularly. Our platform adapts the report output to your or your client’s required format, not the other way around. We can even support multiple required formats.

Our principles

Security comes first. We work with clients whose project data is often covered by NDAs and confidentiality agreements. Customer data is encrypted at rest and in transit. AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) do not train on customer data submitted through our platform. We sign DPAs and NDAs on request. Read our security policy for details.

Field teams come first. Every feature we build is tested against one question: does this make life easier for your superintendents and foremen, or harder? If the answer is harder, we don’t ship it.

We’re independent. ConstructionDailyReport.ai is privately held and bootstrapped, with no outside investors influencing the roadmap. Our customers determine what we build.
